Mitch came out after hours to fix the air conditioner in our newly purchased home. He was extremely kind and professional, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and had it back up and running in no time. I’m not in love with home warranties in general, and I wouldn’t buy one for myself, but in this case I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet Mitch. I would definitely work with him and TMI again.
